2. Structure and fundamental
Aplanet conic disc stepless speed reducer is composed ofinput spindle, output spindle, planet mechanism, speedre-gulation mechanism and so on, fundamental:
Conical sun wheel (12) and pressure disc (13) are pressedbya set of disc springs (14), input spindle (15) is coupled withsun wheel, to compose a pressed input unit. A set ofconical planetwheels (10) are between sun wheel and pressure disc inside,conical fix ring (11) and speed regulation cam (9) outside, wheninput unit rotates, as fixed ring and speed regulation cam arefixed, planet wheel rll around the ring, and revolves aroundinput spindle, through planet wheel and sliding bearing(3), drivesplanetrack (2) and output spindle (1)t0 rotate, and outputs torque.
