The right-angle gearbox horizontal shaft is directly connected with the prime mover such as the internal combustion engine, the horizontal motor, and the gas turbine. After the speed is reduced (or increased), the power is output from the vertical shaft. It can withstand axial thrust and is used for transmission and shifting of deep well pumps, axial flow pumps, diagonal flow pumps, long shaft pumps, submerged pumps and various other vertical shaft working machines.

Reduce shaft speed and increase torque while transmitting motion at a 90° angle. Speed reducers require lubrication (not included). Connect to a motor using a shaft coupling (not included).
Base mounting plates (sold separately) allow you to mount speed reducers to machinery or other surfaces where fastening into the bottom of the speed reducer is not possible.
